After working as an investment banker, I found my calling in real estate in 2001. I’m not a fix-it up type of guy so I was immediately drawn to land. I started buying and selling raw land at tax sales and then acquiring larger chunks of land and improving them as I built up more cash reserves and borrowing power the last seven years. I now own over 10,000 acres of land Near Reno Nevada and am the largest land holder in the development of Treasure Lake.
